1. Who we are

newapartmentshouston.com is operated by New Houston Apartment Team, a team of Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC #562021). All services are performed under Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC. Texas law requires all license holders to give the Information About Brokerage Services form to prospective clients. You can also read the TREC Consumer Protection Notice.

2. Agreement

By using this site or our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. Our services

We help renters find and compare ground-up new apartment communities in the Houston metro, including:

That includes building shortlists, confirming specials and fee sheets with communities, scheduling tours, pre-checking application requirements, reading addenda with you, and a Renewal Check before your renewal.

4. Cost to you

Our services are free to renters. Apartment communities pay the brokerage when you lease through us. Your rent is the same either way. Commission never affects our scores, sort order, placement, recommendations or alerts.

5. Prices, specials and accuracy

Prices, specials and related figures come from a feed pulled each morning and confirmed with communities where possible. Each value shows the date it was confirmed. Communities set and change their own prices, specials, fees and terms, sometimes daily.

We don't guarantee pricing or approval. The community sets both, and we confirm them before you sign. Calculators and worked examples are estimates and illustrations only.

If you find an error, tell us. We correct errors within one business day and log them on our corrections page.

6. Flood, utility and school information

FEMA zones, utility providers, water districts and school districts are listed as facts with the date we checked them. They are not verdicts, ratings or guarantees about any building. Check official sources and the documents the community provides before you sign.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information when you ask for a shortlist
  • Read your lease and addenda before signing
  • Pay communities only through their own portals or offices

10. Site content

Text, data, layouts and graphics on this site belong to New Houston Apartment Team or its licensors. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. Don't copy the board data in bulk without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, New Houston Apartment Team and Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from use of this site or reliance on information that communities set or change.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
